Before the official start of practice: warm-up safety: the throwing grid : one kid next to the other. Light starts to warm up arm. Close throwing.

Winning: the idea of playing another team is not to win. It is to improve yourself.
So, winning can be a fun goal. I love winning. I care about winning. If you try hard, if you give your best, then you never lose.

What the league needs
Field Maintenance! This is an ongoing challenge and is very much needed.
What you can do at home: play catch! inside and out.
It's not about throwing hard, it's about exchanging WELL. Speed, hard, etc. comes with repeated doing it well.
